
The President of the Republic of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades had a phone conversation with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotaki.
The two leaders discussed the latest developments in the Cyprus issue in view of the prospect of an informal Five-Party Conference on the Cyprus issue. They also agreed that Kyriakos Mitsotakis would visit Nicosia in the near future.
The communication comes at a time when contacts between the two communities and the three guarantor countries of Greece, Turkey and Great Britain are intensifying in view of the upcoming informal 5+1 conference on the Cyprus issue in March, under the auspices of the UN Secretary General. /ibna
