Government of FYR Macedonia will open a new public university at the center of Skopje. The university’s name is “Mother Teresa” university and it will teach in three languages: Macedonian, Albanian and English.
This project was promoted by PM Nikola Gruevski and minister of Education, Abdilaqim Ademi.
The latter said that the university will mainly teach in the Albanian language, but also in two other languages.
“We have decided to open a new university in Skopje, which will be called ‘Mother Teresa University’. This university will teach in three languages, in Macedonian, Albanian and English and will have serious international standards, because it will have Macedonian, Albanian, foreign professors and students”, Gruevski said.
The new university will be situated in the former military barracks Ilinden in Skopje, where the building’s construction is expected to start. /ibna/
