Government of Kosovo: There have been no maltreatments of Albanians in Hungary

The government of Kosovo has declared that there around 500 nationals from Kosovo awaiting their repatriation to Kosovo. After entering the territory of Hungary illegally, they are now being held in refugee camps.

“The ministry is monitoring the developments that relate to Kosovo nationals, who in an attempt to reach western European countries, have been stuck in Hungary”, announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to the press release, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is gathering information about the location, training and other aspects which relate to temporary accommodation of Kosovo nationals in this country, through the embassy in Budapest.

“There has been no physical maltreatment of abuse with Kosovo nationals who have been accommodated in refugee camps in Hungary”, states the press release. /ibna/
