Current government of Nikola Gruevski has approved the 2016 draft budget and the bill is expected to be discussed in parliament today. The 2016 budget is projected to amount to 3,2 billion euros.
Minister of Finance, Zoran Stavrevski declared that this budget is higher than the previous ones.
“This budget also includes capital projects. For the first time after a long time, budget deficit is projected to be under 3,5%, namely 3,2% or 309 million euros. Inflation is projected to be 2%, while GDP growth will be 4%”, Stavrevski declared.
Minister of Finance, Zoran Stavrevski is convinced that April’s early elections will have a positive impact on economic growth.
According to him, the main sectors that will contribute in the growth will be construction, industry and net export.
Expenditure or capital investments for next year will be 408 million euros, while Corridor 10 will be a priority. 70 million euros will be used for this. /ibna/
