Government cabinet in Kosovo undergoes changes

Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci has made changes to the government cabinet. This has been done without a warning. So far he has decided to make changes in the positions of several vice ministers.

The first one to be affected by the changes in the government is the vice Minister of Health, Naim Fetahu, who is vice chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo in Podujeva. From the Ministry of Health, he’s expected to be transferred to the Ministry of Finance, where he’s expected to serve as vice minister, as the two vice Ministers of Finance are no longer in this ministry.

Meanwhile the vice Minister of the Ministry for Kosovo Security Forces, Shemsi Veseli will be transferred to the Ministry of Health.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo in Podujeve, Muhamet Latifi who is currently the director of the Department of the Administration of Civil Service at the Ministry of Public Administration, will be appointed vice Minister of the Kosovo Security Forces.

The former director of “Trepçe”, Ferat Shala has replaced Ilir Mirena at the post of vice Minister of Territorial Planning and Environment. Mirena had resigned from PDK and the government. /ibna/
