Globalworth is Romania’s leading investor and a strong real estate company name in Poland -the two largest markets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)- envisioning office buildings for the disruptive age, as their official website reads.
Thanks to a loan worth EUR 46 million that the company got from BCR, it will be in a position to expand its portfolio with a new land plot in Bucharest of approximately 7,600 square meters, in the Western part of the city, located on Preciziei Boulevard, the Renault Bucharest Connected. The building will host the new headquarters of Renault’s operations in Romania, currently under construction.
If everything goes according to plan, it should be completed in the first part of next year.
As Mihai Zaharia, Director of Investments and Capital Markets of Globalworth said, “Due to its area and location, near Preciziei metro station and the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, it is an important acquisition in our portfolio, therefore continuing our expansion strategy with spaces suitable to the needs of our partners.”
“The project will have 47,000 sqm of class A office space”, romania-insider.com reads. “It will also include a showroom, an amphitheater with 350 seats, restaurant, medical cabinet, as well as 1,000 parking places.
