Former Prime Minister of Georgia, Nika Gilauri, said today from Skopje, where he’s on a visit, that the country has made steps forward and that the positive results from the reforms that are being undertaken, are evident.
“The country has made important steps and I believe in its successful history”, declared former PM of Georgia, Nika Gilauri, current Governor of the Central Bank of Georgia.
Gilauri said that the reforms must not stop: “If the reforms stop, this will take the country backwards. This process must continue, in order for the country to move forward”, Gilauri said.
The Georgian official said that he doesn’t believe on copying foreign successes, but learning from experiences and mistakes and in the implementation of knowledge in local frameworks adopting them with the circumstances and needs of every country. /ibna/
