At the end of his mandate as ambassador in Pristina, Peter Blomeyer promised that Germany will continue to be a strong supporter of Kosovo in many domains.
Germany will further continue to help Kosovo in the consolidation of the state and in its EU perspective.
These promises were made today by the German ambassador to Kosovo, Peter Blomeyer, during a courteous meeting with acting prime minister, Hashim Thaci.
Thaci has expressed his gratitude for the good cooperation that exists between the government of Kosovo and the government of Germany and the support that the German government has offered for the democratic processes in Kosovo.
Considering Germany has one of Kosovo’s most strategic partners, the prime minister has expressed the engagement of the institutions of Kosovo to continue the cooperation between the two countries.
The German ambassador, who is at the end of his mandate, has been thanked for his cooperation with the institutions and government of Kosovo and has stressed Germany’s readiness to continue to support Kosovo in the future processes of consolidation and its EU perspective. /ibna/
