FYROM’s national football team continues its preparations for the first match against Albania, a match valid for the Russia World Cup 2018 qualifiers.
This match will be played on 5 September in Shkoder (Albania). The Macedonian players say that they want to make a good start of these qualifiers by defeating the red and blacks.
Attacker Besar Ibraimi says that the team is expecting a positive result in Albania. “I believe that with the efforts of the entire team, we could achieve the objectives of our coach. The dream of all the players is for us to be there, do our best and with a little luck, win the match”, Ibraimi says.
The match between Albania and FYROM will be held in the new “Loro Boriçi” stadium in Shkoder. The return match between the two teams will be played on 6 October in 2017 in Skopje or in Strumica. /balkaneu.com/
