Ahead of the publication of the EU progress report for aspiring countries, deputy Prime Minister of FYROM on European Affairs, Arber Ademi said that he’s optimistic that the country will receive a positive report.
“We hope that the progress report will be positive for the Republic of Macedonia. It goes without saying that the complaints and criticism by our international partners are taken very seriously by us”, said deputy prime minister Arber Ademi.
According to him, the country is still in a deep political crisis and the only solution is for political parties to deliver their agreement and hold free and democratic elections.
Minister Ademi underlined the fact that he’s optimistic that in cooperation with Brussels, challenges will be overcome.
Since the deepening of the crisis, FYROM has conditional relations with the EU. The EU has conditioned the recommendation for the launch of accession talks with the solution of the crisis and the holding free and fair elections. /balkaneu.com/
