Speaking on foreign investments during 2015, Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa said that the growth of investments is two times bigger than a year ago.
During the meeting of the National Committee for Economic Development, he said that foreign companies in the country invested a capital amounting to 324 million euros.
“Last year we managed to attract around 324 million euros worth of foreign direct investments, which is two times bigger than a year ago”, said PM Mustafa.
Based on official statistics, the Prime Minister said that in the period from January to June of this year, there’s been a 36% increase of companies owned by foreigners.
“We also have a 31% increase of businesses, where the owners are women and this is a very important factor of our policies and economic objectives, in order to have an added number of women who manage businesses”, Mustafa said. /balkaneu.com/
