Minister of Foreign Affairs Aldo Bumçi received today in a meeting the Greek Ambassador to Tirana Leonidas Rokanas.
The two interlocutors assessed the meeting as one prevailed by joint positive spirit and joint will that will help solve and address problems of the bilateral agenda.
Ambassador Rokanas forwarded Minister Bumçi the best wishes of Greek FM Dimitris Avramopoulos for a successful tenure.
Mr. Rokanas praised the special relations that exist between the two countries.
The Ambassador assured his counterpart that cooperation for the achievement of joint objectives, Albania’s European integration and TAP, will continue.
Minister Bumçi on the other hand praised the importance of relations with Greece, and the assistance it has given Albania in its Euro-Atlantic processes, as well as the current cooperation in the framework of TAP, as a project of strategic importance to the entire region. /ibna/
