The Skopje Cinema City musical documentary films opened last night in the capital. The first night of the festival opened with the photo exhibition by the British photographer, Brian Rasic, who brought a different and perfectionist photo album of the music legend, David Bowie, with his concerts from 1983 until 2006.
The author of the exhibition said that he was impressed by the interest shown for his exhibition and that it had a humanitarian character, because the money from the sale of every photograph would go to orphans.
In the framework of the festival, until 5 July, 13 musical documentary films will be shown, both national and foreign. The motto of the festival is “Films, music and wine”. The festival is held in partnership with the Macedonian Cinematheque.
Besides films, on 2, 3 and 4 July, workshops, lectures and other activities will take place at “Menada” coffee-bar. /ibna/
