The film “Father” by Visar Morina, will be shown in the “Panorama of European Cinema” festival, which will be held in Athens, Greece.
On the 28th edition of this festival, which will last until 2 December, the Kosovo film has been selected to participate in the final stage of this edition.
“Father” is the most expensive film recently produced in Kosovo.
The film tells the story of a young boy called Nori (Val Maloku) who sells cigarettes along with his father, Gezim (Astrit Kabashi) in the ‘90s and the father wanted to find a way to move to Germany, while the son does everything to be with him.
The relations between father and son are developed to a point where nothing is the same any more.
The film has been produced by an international film crew, while the majority of actors are from Kosovo. /ibna/
