Albanian students are the best ambassadors of their country in the European Union.
Such fact was declared by the EU ambassador to Tirana, Romana Vlahutin, during the ceremony for the departure of the students who have been given Erasmus+ scholarships, a program which in the past 30 years has offered 9 million people the possibility to study, train, do charity work and obtain professional experience abroad.
Vlahutin said that last year alone, Erasmus+ offered the chance to 20 thousand students from Western Balkans and EU to work together on different projects relating charity work, youth exchanges, building of capacities, etc.
“You’re the ones who have been chosen. You’re the 12 best Albanian students who benefit from this program. You also have another important task to carry out, to promote Albania. You will be Albania’s best ambassadors in the EU”, Vlahutin said. /balkaneu.com/
