Authorities in Pristina have been told that without meeting the two remaining conditions there can be no liberalization of visas for the citizens of Kosovo. This is stated in the joint report of the priorities of foreign policy and security, which was backed by EU Foreign Ministers.
In this report, the head of EU diplomacy, Federica Mogherini says that the ratification of the agreement on the border demarcation with Montenegro and concrete proof of the fight against organized crime and corruption, must be delivered before a decision on free movement is taken.
In the part dedicated to Kosovo, the report says that the opposition has lost the unity that it once enjoyed.
One of the priorities of the joint foreign policy and security is the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
The report says that it is necessary to see commitment in this process, while encouraging dialogue in a higher political level.
The implementation of the agreements reached in these talks is identified as the main factor in advancing toward European structures. /balkaneu.com/
