Maja Kocijancic, spokesperson of the EU chief of diplomacy, Federica Mogherini has issued a press release, stating that the European Union “welcomes the results of the talks and is expecting the sides (Pristina and Belgrade) to continue their progress with the remaining issues, especially concerning the issue of the telecom, Association of Serb Communes and issues concerning energy.
Minister Edita Tahiri, chief negotiator of the Dialogue in Brussels, declared that this agreement established the principle of reciprocity concerning car registration plates between the two countries.
The head of the Kosovo Office in the Serb Government, Marko Djuric, declared that Belgrade’s delegation is happy with the agreement.
“Through this agreement, we have not allowed cars with registration plates having the symbol of Kosovo from entering Serbia. Instead, they will be covered by a white adhesive tape. This will also be applied for Serb plates in Kosovo, while its implementation will start on 15 November”, he said.
