Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Washington on Tuesday for a working visit with his US counterpart Donald Trump.
Erdogan and Trump will hold a bilateral meeting at the White House, followed by joint statements to press representatives.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan said earlier in Ankara that Turkey’s military operation in northern Syria and the fight against the FETO would be among the most important issues discussed at the meeting.
He also noted that the war on terrorism, specific security issues of common concern, co-operation in the military and defense industry, as well as economic and trade relations will also be examined during his visit to the United States.
