Political parties in Kosovo have started their election campaign for the 22 October local government elections.
Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj has started the campaign with a piece of information regarding the issue of the liberalization of the visa regime.
The leader of AAK declared in front of his supporters that the visa regime would not depend on the process of border demarcation.
“The government will vote the commission for Demarcation tomorrow. As of tomorrow, we will start looking for facts in order to prove that the current option is wrong. Brussels knows that this is an ongoing process and will not link it to the liberalization of the visa regime”, he said.
Haradinaj has pledged that soon, people of Kosovo will soon travel without visas.
Meanwhile, the leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa declared that the party that he leads has proven effective in many communes that it governs.
“The communes that will be governed by LDK will offer a very good quality of government for all citizens. We have shown this in the communes that we have governed”, Mustafa said.
Meanwhile, the leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Kadri Veseli considers the party that he leads as the party of changes in Kosovo.
“PKD has proven in the last decade that it is the only political force of positive changes, starting with the liberation of the country, independence, consolidation of the state and now, European Atlantic integration”, he said. /balkaneu.com/
