Prime Minister Edi Rama is paying an official visit to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where he met with Prince Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
“Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – With Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, especially for the Reconstruction and Donors Conference in Brussels”, Prime Minister Edi Rama posted on social media.
At a meeting at the Abu Dhabi Seaside Palace, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed the Albanian Prime Minister, referring to the strong ties between the two countries and the UAE’s willingness to develop more relations in more areas.
The two sides discussed how to strengthen bilateral relations between the UAE and Albania. Abu Dhabi’s royal prince and Prime Minister Rama also share developments in regional and international mutual interests.
Rama expressed his gratitude to the UAE for its support to Albania’s development.
During this visit, Prime Minister Edi Rama is accompanied by Minister of Reconstruction, Arben Ahmetaj and Minister of Culture Elva Margariti.
The EU Donors’ Conference on Albania will take place in Brussels on 17 February, following the earthquake of 26 November./ibna
