The Greek economy will recover in the second half and things will get better for the capital market, stated the President of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), C. Gotsis, delivering to the House Speaker, N. Voutsis the HCMC Annual Report for 2015.
Gotsis stressed that “2015 was admittedly not the best for the Greek capital. For the current year however, we’re pretty optimistic that things will go better in the second half, our economy will recover with the help of all of us and particularly the HCMC, which apart from its supervisory role, it utilizes the regulatory powers the law provides, to contribute to offer alternative financing tools to healthy firms, helping the real economy in our country”.
House Speaker Nicholas Voutsis said: “I very much appreciate the HCMC’s work and I think that it is a fundamental institution for the functioning of our economy.
