Economic growth in Albania at the end of the year will be 3.7%.
Such fact was confirmed by the report of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), according to which, the country’s economic growth will be 0.2% higher than projected by this institution.
According to EBRD experts, such growth will be driven by the strategic project of the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP).
Meanwhile, according to EBRD, Albania’s economic growth for next year will also be 3.7%.
“Short-term outlook remains positive, therefore we have decided to upgrade our projection for economic growth in 2017, based on the strong performance in the first half of the year. Meanwhile, growth for 2018 will be the same, driven by domestic private demand and other direct investments in the domain of energy, including TAP”, EBRD says. /balkaneu.com/
