100 million euros is the fund that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has allocated for investments in the sector of tourism in Albania.
This was declared today by the vice president of EBRD, Alain Pilloux, according to whom, this fund will also benefit small businesses operating in the area of tourism.
“Along with the government and the European Union we’re preparing an innovative program in order to support the growth of private sector in Albania. This will be a large program worth 100 million euros and these funds will help the sector of tourism through the construction of local roads and water systems. But, the program also foresees funding for small businesses operating in tourism and funds for the preservation and the restoration of the cultural and natural heritage”, he said. /ibna/
