The Party for the Recovery of Macedonia has abandoned the governing coalition of VMRO-DPMNE of PM Nikola Gruevski.
This party declared today that it leaves the governing coalition, following the latest violent protests in Skopje.
“Last night, the party’s steering committee has discussed the political and security situation and a decision was taken to abandon the governing coalition”, said that leader of this party, Liljana Popovska.
She said that their party will contribute for the clarification of the situation and political dialogue to overcome the deep political crisis.
DOM is a small party with one MP and several governing posts, which so far has been part of the governing coalition with VMRO-DPMNE. /ibna/
