Review by Christos T. Panagopoulos –
Turkish Airlines will launch scheduled flights from Istanbul Attaturk Airport to Dubrovnik next summer season, as Aviation news reports. The decision comes several months after Croatia Airlines terminated the service as a result of its cost cutting measures.
Croatia Airlines is set to code share on the flights. The new route launch was announced during a recent visit by Turkey’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, to Dubrovnik.
In the former Yugoslavia, Turkish Airlines operates flights to all capital city airports.
