Skopje, May 22, 2013

FYR Macedonian ultra nationalist party, “Dignity” has demanded from the Minister of Justice, Blerim Bexheti and from the Albanian party in power, BDI to put diplomatic pressure on the government of Kosovo for the extradition of two people charged on the “Monstra” case, in relation to the 5 murders taken place in Smilkovc, Skopje last April.

“These people must be immediately extradited to FYROM and be convicted on 5 counts of murder and also about the crime committed in Kosovo. This procedure is in conformity with international right”, declared the leader of this party, Stojance Angelov.

This political subject says that it will not allow the second Albanian state to play games with the only state of Macedonians.

On his part, the Minister of Justice, Blerim Bexheti said that FYR Macedonia has carried out all the necessary procedures for the extradition of the two people in question from Kosovo.

“As a ministry, we have carried out all the procedures for the extradition of the two people who are accused of the five murders in Smilkovc, Afrim Ismailovic and Alil Demiri. We’re in contact with the Kosovar authorities of justice, but we haven’t yet been officially notified about the details of the extradition. We know that the two people in question have also committed a crime in Kosovo and an indictment has been launched against them. After this we will also have an answer about the extradition”, said minister Bexheti.

Bexheti has also appealed for wrong suppositions for the extradition to be avoided, because according to him, the extradition will be finalized once all the procedures with Kosovo in conformity with the bilateral agreement are completed. /ibna/
