Opposition bloc comprised of LDK, AAK and Incentive have met again today. They have gathered in the offices of LDK at the parliament of Kosovo to discuss the coordination of the September 12 constitutive session.
Leaders of the bloc, Isa Mustafa and Ramush Haradinaj ,declared after the meeting that the opposition is united and that it’s very close to reaching an agreement with Self Determination.
They said that on the September 12 session, the bloc against Hashim Thaci will be even stronger than the July 17 session, as Albin Kurti’s party will join it.
Speaking about a possible partnership with Self Determination, leader of AAK, Ramush Haradinaj said that the opposition bloc will attend the September 12 parliamentary session along with Self Determination.
“Self Determination will soon join us. There has been a very intensive communication these days. We have harmonized our positioning and we’re planning to go together in this session”, said Haradinaj.
Meanwhile, the head of LDK, Isa Mustafa says that there’s no reason for an MP of his party to vote in favor of the PDK nominee for speaker of parliament.
He said that all constitutional procedures will be respected in this session and that the opposition will allow PDK to exhaust all its options before it acts.
“I’m sure that there doesn’t exist any reason that an MP of LDK to vote differently from our political decision and our objective is to take forward a program for which we have agreed with AAK and Incentive. We also have the support of Self Determination”, said Mustafa.
The September 12 session will be a continuation of the July 17 session, where Isa Mustafa was elected speaker of parliament, a decision which was considered as anti constitutional by the Constitutional Court. /ibna/
