The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides will meet on Friday, December 11th, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Nikola Selaković who will pay a working visit to Cyprus, his first one abroad since assuming office in late October.
The two Ministers will initially have a private meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while afterwards they will attend extended consultations in the presence of official delegations. The talks are expected to focus on Cyprus-Serbia bilateral relations and their further development, as well as on regional and international issues of common interest, including the latest developments in the Cyprus issue, the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean and developments in the Balkans. EU-Serbia relations will also be unpacked, with an emphasis on the progress of Serbia’s accession process.
At the end of the consultations, Christodoulides and Selaković will address the media. /ibna
