Croatia to connect to TAP

Review Hari Stefanatos

Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic and Economy Minister Ivan Vrdoljak have traveled to Azerbaijan in order to sign a “deal of understanding” regarding the future of the South Stream Corridor.

Also known as TAP (Transatlantic Pipeline), the pipeline is to connect Azerbaijan to Europe.

Croatia will be part of the pipeline’s root to Europe and will be connected through Albania.

Sixteen million cubic meters of gas each year are expected to be passing through this Corridor to Europe.
