Court of First Instance in Pristina has sentenced today the five members of the so called “Badovci” group, for preparing terrorist acts.

According to the court ruling, Besnik Latifi has been sentenced to 13 years in prison, Gazmend Haliti to 12 years, Milazim Haxhiaj with 10 years and 3 months, Fehmi Musa with 4 years and Enis Latifi with 10 years.

According to the ruling, “there exists strong evidence that the defendants have prepared terrorist acts and acts against the Constitutional order and Security of the Republic of Kosovo”.

The prosecutor of the case, Drita Hajdari says that she’s convinced that the defendants have committed the acts for which they are accused.

According to the prosecution, in July of last year, the five defendants had gone to the lake of Badovc, near Pristina, in order to record a propaganda video, in which they were planning to read an oath to ISIS.

According to the prosecution, the group wanted to publish the video on the internet in order to tell the world that ISIS was present in Kosovo. /balkaneu.com/
