The court of Colmar in France has decided to postpone the decision about the former Prime Minister of Kosovo and current leader of AAK, Ramush Haradinaj, for April 27. The latter has appeared in front of the court of Colmar today, but the court has decided to postpone the ruling for another three weeks, in order to deliberate the extra arguments issued by the Special Prosecution of Serbia.
Ramush Haradinaj is accused by the Serb judicial system for war crimes. Based on these accusations, Serbia’s Special Prosecution has filed a motion for Haradinaj’s extradition in Serbia. /balkaneu.com/
