The Constitutional Court in Albania has revoked today the mandate of the socialist MP, Koco Kokedhima. This decision came after Kokedhima was accused of unlawfully profiting public funds in over 150 tenders.
Kokedhima had declared that before becoming an MP, he had given up every function, while on 31 July, a month after the left won the 2013 general elections, he withdrew from his companies.
He was accused by the democrats of benefiting public funds for his companies. /balkaneu.com/
