A court in Pristina has confirmed today the charges against the MP of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Fatmir Limaj and the other defendants in the case of the Ministry of Transport.
According to the ruling of judge Anna Adamska Gallant, Limaj still faces 4 counts, out of 7 at the beginning of the trial. He continues to be charged for organized crime, corruption, misuse of the official post, while he is no longer accused for illegal possession of weapons.
In the case of the Ministry of Transport and Post Telecom, former minister Fatmir Limaj is suspected of organized crime and corruption.
Limaj and the others are accused of misusing 2 million Euros in several public tenders. /ibna/
