The immediate priorities of the Central Cooperative Bank of Cyprus (CCB) were outlined on Friday by the new president of its Committee, Nicolas Hadjiyannis and include several measures that are required by the Troika’s representatives in the island.

According to the Cypriot News Agency (CAN), these priorities include the appointment of the new Director General of the Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) and the drafting of a roadmap by the end of November.

Cyprus is struggling hard to overcome its debt-hit economy, with the Troika pressing the government of President, Nicos Anastasiades, to proceed in faster financial reforms.
