The business sector is worried about the new customs practices which entered in force on June 1.
Businesses have talked to public authorities and have raised a number of concerns as far as the legal provisions are concerned.
Meanwhile, the vice director of Customs says that everything is ready for the application of the new law, while the business sector must insist on boosting cooperation with public authorities. “The new code has been approved. The third part of the code will enter in force, but it cannot take effect for as long as there are no provisions, that’s why we have drafted new provisions which we have also published on the web in order to receive feedback from businesses”, the vice director of customs, Mirela Zeko says. /balkaneu.com/
