Boat capsizes off of the north coast of Cyprus, 16 refugees drowned, dozens missing

A boat carrying 160 refugees from Syria, capsized 16 miles off of Rizokarpaso (Dipkarpaz) in the north of Cyprus.

So far, there are 16 people drowned and 40 missing persons while the Turkish coastguard is being looking for missing persons…. / IBNA
