Consumer and business confidence on the performance of the Albanian economy has registered a decline in the second quarter of the year.
This is confirmed by the latest report of the Bank of Albania, according to which, confidence dropped in all business sectors including industry, construction and services.
According to the Business and Consumer Observation published by the Bank of Albania, Economic Sensitivity Index fell by 9,9 points during the second quarter of 2018. Meanwhile, the Bank of Albania says that confidence of the business sector in the economy fell by 3.7 percentage points during the second quarter of this year.
On the other hand, confidence of the construction sector in the economy registered a lower drop of 1.9%.
The biggest drop in confidence was registered in the service sector with 8.9%. /ibna/
