General Attorney’s office in Kosovo will not launch legal procedures over the telephone conversations of the head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Adem Grabovci with other officials of this party, including the president of the country, Hashim Thaci.

General Attorney, Aleksander Lumezi said that the phone conversations between the senior officials of PDK have been a subject of international investigation, namely EULEX prosecutor, in the case of the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure in 2011.

“The level of evidence which have been examined by the international prosecutor have not been sufficient to launch an indictment procedure”, Lumezi said.

The telephone conversations between the head of PDK’s parliamentary group, Adem Grabovci a few days ago on the media, have been commented as an influence from this party in the appointments in governing positions, justice and police. /balkaneu.com/
