According to information, the Asset Means Declaration Committee of the House decided not to pursue the case file of State Minister Alekos Flabouraris, on the case of the construction company shares he owned prior to his appointment as State minister.
The Commission ruled by majority that there is no violation of the law.
Instead, with regards the investigation on the Asset Means Declaration statement of former Finance minister, Gikas Hardouvelis, the Commission decided the continuation of the investigation for the late filing of the said statement by 3.5 years and to examine as a priority, the statement he submitted when he was Finance minister.
According to the same sources, the case of the Asset Means Declaration statement of Economy minister Giorgos Stathakis, will be the focus of the Committee’s next meeting.
