Former Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj sees the intensive declarations issued in the recent days by the heads of the state, for the voting of the demarcation with Montenegro, as a clear constitutional violation.

The head of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Mr. Ramush Haradinaj says that the citizens of Kosovo are facing an anti-constitutional campaign by the President, Prime Minister and Speaker of Parliament. According to Mr. Haradinaj, this campaign to impose the voting of demarcation with Montenegro, is a flagrant violation of the Constitution.

“Constitution of Kosovo says that no pressure can be exerted against MPs. The powers in Kosovo are divided”, the former PM says.

Therefore,  he has a message for Thaci, Mustafa and Veseli. “Kosovo is not a monarchy, therefore do your job and do not put pressure on MPs”.

While the three state leaders are calling for Parliament to approve the demarcation agreement, Mr. Haradinaj says that he’s sure that MPs “will not betray Kosovo”.

“Kosovo MPs have not submitted to pressure even during Milosevic’s time. Under siege, they knew how to lay the foundations of this Republic.

Kosovo will have its borders, without taking or giving anything. It will have its Euro Atlantic future and its unstoppable path toward the EU. The people will not allow anyone to kill the future, even through shady agreements. This must end once and for all”, said today (25.08) the leader of AAK. /balkaneu.com/
