Prime Minister Edi Rama, who is in a visit in the United States of America, has given an interview for the American network CNN, where he has commented the electoral campaign of the candidates for the White House.
During this interview, Mr. Rama was asked a question by journalist Richard Quest: “Are you perhaps making a mistake by commenting elections in other countries?”
However, Rama insisted as he did a few days ago, that the election of Donald Trump as President would harm the United States of America.
“If Donald Trump is elected US president, I don’t know what will happen next. Donald Trump’s declarations are really scary. Trump must travel more in order to better know what Muslims are like”, Rama said.
Commenting on the question of Mr. Quest on interfering in the domestic US elections, Mr. Rama said that other European leaders think the same as him.
The Albanian PM added that peace in the Balkans can be endangered by the ideas and stances expressed by the Republican presidential candidate in the US. /balkaneu.com/
