Albanian parliamentary speaker, Gramoz Ruçi has received today in a meeting the mayor of Tetovo, Teuta Arifi where the pair discussed the latest developments in FYROM. Parliamentary speaker Ruçi said that the participation of Albanians in the September 30 referendum is very important. According to him, central government and local government institutions led by Albanians in the neighbouring country should offer a clear message in support of the referendum. Ruçi said that the role of the municipality of Tetovo is decisive in securing a high participation of Albanians in the referendum.
On her part, the mayor of Tetovo, Teuta Arifi thanked Mr. Ruçi about the support that Albania and parliament of Albania have offered for the Albanians of FYROM in these important moments. According to her, a successful referendum will give way to positive changes in FYROM. /ibna/
