Albanian opposition leader holds meetings in Germany

The leader of the opposition in Albania, Lulzim Basha, is on a two day official visit to Berlin where he has met with senior officials and important representatives of the world of economy.

During these meetings, Basha underscored that “I had the opportunity to meet important entrepreneurs and economic and financial figures in Germany and brief them about the economic plan that the Democratic Party has drafted with the help of CDU and in particular, about the measures that we plan on taking for the improvement of the business environment for foreign investments”.

Meanwhile, the democrat leader also said that education, healthcare, agriculture, tourism and IT are some of the key priorities for his party and pledged that once his party comes into power, the German model will be applied. /ibna/
