The changes that the Albanian system will see after the enactment of the reform in justice and the creation of the new institutions, has been at the focus of the meeting that the Albanian Prosecutor General, Arta Marku held with the Supreme Court chief justice, Xhezair Zaganjori.
During this meeting, prosecutor Marku considered the cooperation between these two institutions as very important.
Based on the new legal package, the Supreme Court and Prosecution General Office play an important role in the consolidation of the criminal judicial practice.
According to her, the office of the General Prosecutor will allocate all the available resources and its expertise in order to help implement a standard investigation practice.
