The first round table discuss was held today for the consultation on the two bills of the Council of Ministers regarding the establishment of the Technology and Information Center and for the Justice System, as well as the approval of the rules for the general policies of the state information technology system for the judiciary.
Minister of Justice Etilda Gjonaj stressed that “these two important bills refer to the finalization of the last acts of the legal package for justice reform”.
“We had a recommendation, but also a concern together with the Supreme Judicial Council; the establishment of the Technology and Information Center, as well as IT policies in the judicial system”, she underlined.
“Through these bills, the modernization of the case management system will be achieved through the application of new technologies, ensuring higher efficiency through the integration of new systems that will improve the management and circulation of documentation and information in the judicial system”, stressed Gjonaj.
“This translates into more quality, accuracy and professionalism”, Gjonaj underlined. /ibna
