New Kosovo Alliance has taken an important step with the aim of solving the political gridlock regarding the formation of the new institutions of the country.
This political party has left the pre-election coalition with the Democratic League of Kosovo and Alternative.
Although it has not yet joined the other political coalition, it is now expected for this party to join the PAN coalition.
The leader of the New Kosovo Alliance, Behgjet Pacolli said after a meeting held with the chairman of LDK, Isa Mustafa that “AKR is no longer in a coalition with this party and it will act as an independent party in Parliament”.
This week has been announced to be decisive in constituting the Parliament of Kosovo. The first constitutive session was held on 3 August, but it has not been yet able to elect the speaker, because PAN coalition doesn’t have the necessary votes in Parliament. /balkaneu.com/
