LDK’s lawmaker, Vjosa Osmani and Self Determination lawmaker, Ilir Deda have prepared an agreement which provides the solution of the political crisis in Kosovo.
The proposal of the two MPs has been sent to the leaders of the state and opposition parties.
Neither the majority, nor the opposition have responded to the invitation of the two MPs for the proposal.
The political agreement that IBNA has secured, provides that the parliament of Kosovo must set up an inquiry committee presides by the opposition to examine the demarcation agreement with Montenegro.
Point two of the agreement provides that Parliament of Kosovo must elect the next two judges of the Constitutional Court in order for its decision on the constitutionality of the creation of the Association of Serb Communes to be made by a completed court.
Meanwhile, the vice president of the European Parliament, who is also a rapporteur on Kosovo in the European Parliament, Ulrike Lunacek has welcomed the proposal in question, backing the draft for a political agreement, as a true starting point for political dialogue between political leaders.
Lunacek said that she praises the efforts made by MPs Osmani and Deda, who according to her, have managed to draft a valid proposal “which I would like for all political parties in Kosovo to accept”. /ibna/
