Albania and Switzerland amended an agreement which avoids double taxation, which adds an article that enables tax authorities to exchange information.
This agreement was signed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the Swiss Secretary of State, Georges Martin and the deputy Foreign Minister of Albania, Odeta Barbullushi.
The two senior officials declared that the exchange of tax information will strengthen economic relations between the two countries and serves both Swiss businesses and Albanian ones.
Switzerland is one of the biggest donors in Albania, funding projects in several important domains such as energy, health and drinking water. /ibna/
