Adil Gür is the director of the only polling company (A&G) that had predicted a rate as high as 47% for the AKP.

“The five-month period in which the opposition parties did not agree among them provoked fear in the world for future anarchy. As a result, the simple merchant, the employee chose to have a one-party government of the AKP. Basically, people put their food and job first, ahead of their ideological preferences.

It should be noted that the AKP after the elections of June 7 changed 235 of its candidates MPs, making major changes in its lists. The other parties did not make any changes and this comes to show that the AKP worked in a ‘strategic’ way”.
