Activists of Self Determination sentenced to 21 years in prison

Court of First Instance in Pristina has sentenced a Self Determination MP and three activists of this party, to prison on charges of attacking the Parliament of Kosovo.

The court has sentenced party activist Atdhe Arifi to 6 years in prison, Egzon Haliti to five years in prison and Adea Batusha to two years in prison. Meanwhile, the court has also sentenced Self Determination MP, Frasher Krasniqi to eight years in prison.

The attack against the parliament building occurred on the night of 4 August last year, a while after the government had sent the bill on the ratification of the Demarcation Agreement with Montenegro to Parliament. /balkaneu.com/
